MINI-REVIEW

101 Ways to Promote Your Web Site

by Susan Sweeney

This book has stood the test of time and is now in its 6th edition. Without pandering to passing fads, or promising pots of gold at the end of an easy ride along a rainbow, or sinking to the level of "black-hat" trickery, it is full of sound advice on methods of increasing web site traffic.

It includes references to many other reliable sources of information, and what is more, you get not only the book but also a password to Susan Sweeney's companion web site with up-to-the minute news. views and information on recent developments.

What you get out of it will depend on how you use it. This book is highly recommended!

Have you read Chris Anderson's "The Long Tail" yet?

If you're involved in business on the web you should. Make this a priority read.
