WORLD AFFAIRS

This selection of books relates firstly to Africa, a beautiful continent with a disastrous human history which continues into the present day with its conflict, kleptocracy and corruption, and yet with so much also that is positive and full of hope for the future.

We also now have selections of books relating to the Middle East and China, and to oil and energy, plus a selection of general titles and a special offer.

Our growing World Affairs, History and Travel sections are now substantially integrated into our "Read-the-World" programme, linking together travel, history and world affairs to give easy access to books on different aspects of a continent, country or region.
